Donna D’Errico has managed to keep her looks three decades after she wore a skimpy red swimsuit while on TV’s hit series Baywatch.

And the 51-year-old actress reminded her Instagram followers of this as she slipped into a little black outfit while at home on Monday. 

The siren famously documented her extensive plastic surgery in 2017 that included an arm lift, liposuction and tummy tuck.

In this new image the cover girl wore a black lace leotard with over-the-knee boots.

Her blonde hair was worn down and nicely styled as she had her makeup done just perfect to complement her deep tan.

And she also wore her nails long with a perfect French manicure.  

D’Errico has admitted to undergoing extensive plastic surgery in 2017 to get her Baywatch body back.  

Three years ago, the actress underwent surgery to get her former famous figure back. 

She said at the time: ‘I went to see Dr. Obeng because I had excess skin on my upper arms from having gained and lost weight.

‘I also had quite a bit of excess skin on my stomach from having had two children.’  

The former wife of rocker Nikki Sixx had an arm lift, liposuction on her stomach – where the doctored removed two liters of fat – as well as lipo on her back and arms, a tummy tuck and finally a butt enhancement.

In the rather graphic and gory surgery snaps, the doctor can be seen hard at work during the almost five hour long surgery.

The doctor first removed the fat from her stomach and arms then did a tummy tuck.

Flipping Donna over, he then removed more fat from her back all of which was harvested.

The surgeon then used the harvested fat and injected it into Donna’s behind to fashion out a ‘bubble butt’ for the star.

It was a lot of work to be done in one day and prior to the surgery, Donna was understandably nervous.

The actress’ face showed her nerves as Dr. Obeng marked out where he planned to remove fat and where he would make the incisions on her arms.

While painful, Donna is obviously over-the-moon with the results saying in her review: ‘The results are beyond outstanding and I am now confident again in a bikini.’

Proving her point, Donna decided to throw on a red one piece once again for a segment and photo shoot with Inside Edition.
