Actress Karel Marquez denied that she had cosmetic surgery to achieve a flat tummy after giving birth in June.

Marquez welcomed her third child, baby boy Kobe Federico, on June 19. She has been sharing her motherhood journey on Instagram, such as breastfeeding and working on her food business Momma Karel’s Kitchen.

On Monday, July 15, Marquez posted a video of her carrying baby Kobe, her midriff bared as she shared that she prefers using a nursing bra at home so she can feed Kobe anytime.

Fans praised the actress for her figure, with some wondering if she even had a baby just a month before.

An Instagram user, a certain @teasemenchu, left the comment “Lipo.”

Marquez replied, “Breastfeeding and still healing after a 3 week CS? I wish!”ADVERTISEMENT

She said she was open to getting liposuction for loose skin. “But I still plan to have another baby in a few years so I can’t have that option—yet.”

When one Celestine Smit asked how she got so slim, Marquez said, “Breastfeed and puyat all the way for 26 days straight na (already).”

Marquez’s TV shows include “My Husband’s Lover” and, most recently, the 2018 drama series “Contessa.” She is so far enjoying her role as a full-time mom and being a wife to businessman Sean Fariñas since their 2016 wedding.
