As always,\u00a0Wendy Williams\u00a0is keeping it real when it comes to her cosmetic procedures.<\/p>\n
On Wednesday\u2019s episode of her\u00a0Fox talk show, the 55-year-old star went as far as showing close-up, graphic footage of her most recent procedure \u2014 Botox injections in her jawline \u2014 much to the surprise of audience members.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis morning I got here at 6:30 for a little breakfast procedure,\u201d she said at the start of the segment. \u201cRoll the tape!\u201d<\/p>\n
The talk show host said the result of the backstage operation was a sharpened jawline and \u201ca little cheekbone from the back.\u201d She walked onstage to tape her live show just a few hours later.<\/p>\n
\u201cLook, my doctor is in the building right now and I\u2019ve been dealing with her for more years than this show was invented,\u201d the notoriously candid star said, advising her audience: \u201cIf you see something, do something. Don\u2019t just assume that your skin don\u2019t crack.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
\u201cMy doctor [Dr. Marion Shapiro] is the bee\u2019s knees. I know you look at the TV, you\u2019re like, \u2018Okay what the hell is Wendy doing? She talks about the tummy tuck.\u2019 But that\u2019s not Marion,\u201d Williams explained. That\u2019s years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n
The talk show host then revealed that she won\u2019t be getting any more plastic surgery from the neck down. Aside from a breast reduction, which she says she\u2019ll get when she\u2019s ready \u2014 \u201cbut right now, I still like them.\u201d<\/p>\n
Williams continued, \u201cI\u2019ve never gotten a face lift. And you know what, if you start staving off at an early time, you won\u2019t need a face lift!\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI go to good old Marian like once every three months and I say, \u2018Look i\u2019ve been staring in the magnifying thing.\u2019 And then she stares right back,\u201d she said. \u201cShe\u2019s smart. She\u2019s stylish. She\u2019s very very easy on the eyes\u2026And I don\u2019t mind sharing with you.\u201d<\/p>\n
The star admitted the facial procedures she gets aren\u2019t cheap, but told the audience: \u201cWell neither was your Gucci bag so why don\u2019t you just lay off the bags and the boots and stuff and spend on yourself,\u201d she told the audience.<\/p>\n
Towards the end of Wednesday\u2019s episode, Williams brought Shapiro onstage to perform some of her most innovative procedures and treatments (including endymed skin tightening, an infinity thread lift and a three-day body glow) on a few volunteers in front of the live audience.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor over a decade, you\u2019ve never done me wrong,\u201d Williams told Shapiro.<\/p>\n
Williams has long been candid about her cosmetic and plastic surgeries, telling fans and viewers that she got\u00a0liposuction and a tummy tuck and\u00a0breast implants more than two decades ago.<\/p>\n
In 2015, she said on her show that she lost\u00a050 pounds in three years.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cI no longer believe in fad diets, crash diets. I don\u2019t believe in diet pills,\u201d the host said. \u201cI don\u2019t want my heart to race and pop out of my chest. Yes, I did have a jump-start because years ago I did get the liposuction and a tummy tuck, but I have to say that, if there is a poster child for plastic surgery and the jump-off to a new lifestyle, it would be me.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cOf all the crazy diets I\u2019ve been on, none have ever been as effective as [saying to myself], \u2018Just push back, fatso. Just stop eating so much,\u2019 \u201d she shared, adding, \u201cAnd I don\u2019t love food as much as I used to.\u201d<\/p>\n
