Dr. Piret Mägi

Dr. Piret Mägi is a pulmonologist at Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla (North Estonia Medical Centre, PERH), the largest hospital in Estonia and the country's main tertiary care centre in Tallinn. With 12 years of experience in respiratory medicine, she manages adult patients with obstructive lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, sarcoidosis, bronchiectasis, and sleep-disordered breathing.

Estonia has a strong tradition of digitised, evidence-based healthcare — the country is widely recognised as one of Europe's most advanced e-health systems — and Dr. Mägi works within a well-developed respiratory medicine service that leverages this infrastructure, including electronic health records, digital spirometry tracking, and telemedicine follow-up.
