Dr. Katalin Varga is a senior consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at Semmelweis University in Budapest — Hungary's oldest and most prestigious medical university, founded in 1769 and named after the Hungarian physician Ignaz Semmelweis, discoverer of handwashing.
