Dr. Sri Wahyuni Hartono

Dr. Sri Wahyuni Hartono is a senior OB-GYN specialist at Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital (RSCM) in Jakarta — Indonesia's national referral hospital and the teaching hospital of the University of Indonesia's Faculty of Medicine. With 18 years of experience, she is a recognized authority in high-risk obstetrics and maternal-fetal medicine, managing complex pregnancies referred from across Indonesia's vast archipelago.

Dr. Sri trained at the University of Indonesia and completed her OB-GYN residency and subspecialty training in fetomaternal medicine at RSCM. As a faculty member of the University of Indonesia's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she supervises residents and contributes to postgraduate medical education.

Her high-risk obstetrics practice manages the most complex pregnancies in Indonesia, including severe preeclampsia, fetal anomalies, multiple gestation, and pregnancies complicated by cardiac disease, renal disease, or immune conditions. She completed her Subspecialty in Fetomaternal Medicine (KFM) through the Indonesian Fetomaternal Society and has undertaken advanced training in perinatology and fetal medicine through international fellowships and workshops in Singapore and Australia.

Dr. Sri holds an academic position as lecturer in the University of Indonesia's Department of OB-GYN and participates in postgraduate specialist training program supervision.

Dr. Sri's high-risk obstetrics practice encompasses management of pregnancies complicated by maternal medical disease, fetal growth restriction, preterm labour, placenta praevia and accreta, severe preeclampsia, and multiple gestation. She performs amniocentesis, cordocentesis, and fetal surveillance including Doppler assessment and biophysical profiling.

In gynecologic oncology, she performs surgical staging for cervical and endometrial cancer, manages ovarian masses, and performs laparoscopic and open hysterectomy. She coordinates neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapy planning with the oncology team.

Her general OB-GYN practice includes routine and complicated vaginal and caesarean deliveries, management of postpartum hemorrhage, fibroid management, and menstrual disorders.

Dr. Sri has published research in the Indonesian Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has presented at the POGI (Indonesian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology) National Congress. Her research interests include maternal mortality reduction strategies in Indonesia, preeclampsia management in a high-volume referral setting, and cervical cancer staging outcomes.

She contributes to POGI's clinical guidelines committee and participates in national maternal health research programs funded by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
