Dr. Volatiana Ratsimbazafy

Dr. Volatiana Ratsimbazafy is an emergency medicine physician at CHUA Ampefiloha — the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire d'Antananarivo, one of Madagascar's main university hospital centres — in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar.
