Dr. Mesako Temengil

Dr. Mesako Temengil is a general practitioner at Belau National Hospital in Koror — the main hospital of the Republic of Palau and the country's primary healthcare facility. Located in the commercial center of Koror (the administrative capital is Ngerulmud, but Koror is the country's main city), Belau National Hospital serves Palau's population of approximately 18,000 people.

Dr. Temengil completed his medical degree through the Pacific regional medical education program — Palauan physicians have historically trained through Pacific regional programs affiliated with Guam, Fiji, or the Philippines. He holds a Certificate in Primary Care Medicine and is registered with the Palau Medical Association. He has participated in WHO Western Pacific Regional Office training programs on NCD management and Pacific health.
