Dr. Kofi Agbemabiese

Dr. Kofi Agbemabiese is a senior internist at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Sylvanus Olympio (CHU SO) in Lomé — Togo's principal university teaching hospital and main tertiary referral centre. With 14 years of clinical experience and specialist training in both internal medicine and clinical cardiology, he manages a complex and high-volume caseload encompassing the dual burden of infectious diseases and rapidly rising non-communicable diseases that characterises West African healthcare. His infectious disease practice covers malaria (including cerebral malaria), typhoid fever, HIV/AIDS (including ART initiation and monitoring), tuberculosis, and meningitis.
