Dr. Tran Thi Lan

Dr. Tran Thi Lan is a neurologist at Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's largest public referral hospital and the premier medical institution in southern Vietnam. With 15 years of clinical experience, she manages a broad range of neurological conditions with particular expertise in stroke and epilepsy.

Dr. Tran trained at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Ho Chi Minh City and completed her specialist training at Cho Ray Hospital's neurology department. She undertook advanced training in stroke medicine through workshops coordinated by the Vietnam Neurology Association and the World Stroke Organization.

Cho Ray Hospital's neurology department manages a high volume of acute stroke cases from across southern Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, and Dr. Tran is part of the stroke response team responsible for IV thrombolysis administration and acute stroke care coordination.

Her general neurology practice covers migraine and headache disorders, Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy including diabetic neuropathy, and common conditions including vertigo, facial palsy, and Guillain-Barré syndrome.
