Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH) is India's foremost cancer centre, located in Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Established in 1941 through the philanthropic initiative of the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust, the hospital was subsequently handed over to the Government of India and is now managed by the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India.

Tata Memorial Hospital is equipped with India's most advanced and comprehensive oncology technology infrastructure across its Parel campus and the ACTREC research campus.

The radiation oncology department operates multiple linear accelerators capable of IMRT, IGRT, VMAT (volumetric modulated arc therapy), and SBRT for highly precise tumour irradiation. Brachytherapy including high-dose-rate (HDR) intracavitary and interstitial brachytherapy is performed in dedicated shielded suites. Tomotherapy and TOMO-HD systems are available. Proton beam therapy is available at the ACTREC campus, enabling ultra-precise treatment that spares surrounding normal tissue.

PET-CT scanners provide metabolic staging for all cancer types. MRI including functional and spectroscopic sequences supports neuro-oncology and soft tissue tumour assessment. CT and digital X-ray complete the imaging armamentarium.
