About Erik Ang Plastic Surgery

Dr Erik Ang, certified Plastic Surgeon practising in the sunny and vibrant island city-state of Singapore!

Dr Ang is a medical graduate of the National University of Singapore (1989), and was trained in General Surgery followed by specialisation in Plastic Surgery at the Singapore General Hospital.

Following that, Dr Ang was awarded the Ministry of Health Human Manpower Development Programme and spent a year in sub-speciality training in the Division of Plastic Surgery, University of Toronto, under Professor Peter Neligan. He returned to Singapore in mid-2000 and continued practice as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the Singapore General Hospital's Department of Plastic Surgery.

Since 2005, Dr Ang's private practice is based at the Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre. This practice specialises in Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, with particular emphasis and expertise in Breast Aesthetic and Reconstructive procedures. Dr Ang maintains admitting privileges and operating rights at Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles and East Shore Hospitals.

Dr Ang is a certified Plastic Surgeon on the Singapore Medical Council's Register of Specialists. He is an active member of the Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons, the Singapore Society for Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Surgeons, Fellow of Academy of Medicine of Singapore (Plastic Surgery), and member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
