Berry CWA embrace fashion and high tea for endometriosis research

The Berry branch of the CWA, along with welcomed visitors, gathered on September 28 in the garden at the Berry CWA rooms to enjoy a spring fashion parade, high tea, and raise funds for endometriosis research.

More than 60 visitors, including Nowra and Jervis Bay CWA branches, local Berry community groups and even as far afield as Castle Hill CWA Branch enjoyed a glass of champagne on arrival, a parade with fashions by Black Pepper and an afternoon high tea.

Entertainment was provided by two members of the cast of Aladdin Junior; Finn Lochrin, 14, who plays Aladdin and Destiny Pavitt, 13, who plays Princess Jasmine.

Harmony Dyer, 15, a featured artist at this year’s Southern Stars at Wollongong also performed.

Finn and Destiny sang songs from Aladdin Junior which will feature on next Saturday, October 5 at Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. Harmony sang solo pieces and sang a duet with her dad, Graham to end the day.
